Fulfillment Partner

ZYVORA orders are fulfilled and shipped by our third-party fulfillment partner, Supliful, through the Shopify platform. Supliful manages inventory, packing, carrier handoff, and delivery for every ZYVORA order. ZYVORA does not directly handle, store, or ship physical product.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed by Supliful within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or U.S. federal holidays are processed on the next business day. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has shipped.

Shipping Times and Carriers

Once shipped, standard domestic U.S. orders typically arrive within 3–7 business days, depending on destination and carrier. Carriers used by Supliful include USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed by ZYVORA or Supliful.

Shipping Costs

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and the carrier service selected. Any promotional free-shipping thresholds are displayed at checkout.

International Shipping

International availability depends on the destination country. International customers are responsible for any duties, customs fees, taxes, or import charges imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in the order total and are not refundable.

Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages

Once a package is handed to the carrier, delivery is the responsibility of the carrier. If your tracking shows the package was delivered but you did not receive it, please contact the carrier first to open an investigation.

If your package arrives visibly damaged or you believe it was lost in transit, email zyvorasupplements@gmail.com within 14 days of the carrier's last tracking update with your order number and (for damage) photos of the package and product. We will work with Supliful and the carrier to resolve the issue.

Incorrect Address

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Packages returned to Supliful due to an incorrect address may be reshipped at your expense, or refunded less original shipping and a restocking fee, at our discretion.

Returns

For health, safety, and product-integrity reasons, ZYVORA does not accept returns of opened supplements. Unopened, unused product in its original sealed packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the product price (less original shipping). Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to our error or a damaged shipment.

To request a return, email zyvorasupplements@gmail.com with your order number and reason. Do not ship product back without a return authorization — unauthorized returns may not be refunded.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned product (or, for damage and loss claims, within 5–10 business days of claim approval). Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund.

Order Cancellations and Changes

We can only cancel or modify an order before Supliful has processed it for fulfillment (typically within a few hours of order placement). Email us as soon as possible if you need to make a change. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Adverse Reactions

If you experience an adverse reaction to a ZYVORA product, discontinue use immediately and consult a qualified healthcare provider. Please also email us so we can document the report and assist where appropriate.
