TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ZYVORA, ITS OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR PRODUCTS — EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. Individual results from any dietary supplement vary and depend on factors including diet, activity, sleep, medication, and baseline health status. Where a reviewer received a free product, discount, or other consideration in exchange for a review, we will disclose that material connection in accordance with the U.S. Federal Trade Commission's Endorsement Guides.
